Rue Cosplay Princess Tutu: To Dance with my Prince

My cousin's Rue cosplay from Princess Tutu. The cosplay was debuted at Katsucon 2012. She had such an amazing time taking pictures of everyone at that convention. I am so glad that she was able to join us and I can't wait to take her to future cons.

She made her costume in a very short amount of time and did a lovely job. I love her to death!!!
